SEASON34 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.


1. Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
  • Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each delivery unless you cancel.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you must cancel in advance.
  • You can cancel or update your subscription anytime by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@season34.com.
  • Refunds for subscription orders will be reviewed on case-to-case basis.

2. Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock or soon-to-be-released.
  • Depending on the product, we may charge your payment method at checkout, collect a deposit, or store your payment method and charge it once the product is available.
  • You may cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships. Once fulfilled, it is treated like a standard order.
