1. How it works

• You have up to 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund.
• Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.
• Refunds are limited to a maximum of three (3) bottles or units per product.
• To request a refund, email us at hello@season34.com or call (877) 344-3556 with your order number.
• Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label to download and print.
• Items may be returned in new and used condition.
• Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

2. Eligibility

Our guarantee is designed to give you the opportunity to try SEASON34 products risk-free. To qualify:

• Refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.
• Applies to SEASON34 supplements and wellness products purchased directly through season34.com.
• Limit: one refund per household for each product.
• Does not apply to repeat orders, subscription refills, or wholesale purchases.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@season34.com. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

4. Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Promotional or sample items
• Sale or discounted items (outside of the 90-day guarantee)

5. European Union cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
